The first General parents meeting of Heducare preschool had been held on 28 August 2011. The meeting was held at 9:30 pm in the seminar room of Huvadhoo Aid. In the meeting Heducare Preschool’s head of school Mr. Ahmed Ameez focused on the works that had been done to systematize the education in the school. In this regard he highlighted the developments that had been brought in the areas of curriculum and syllabus, planning and preparation and infrastructure development. He also noted the importance of parents in the early childhood education. Teachers also spooked on the general situations in their respective classes and performance of the classes. Huvadhoo Aid’s Director programme Development Mr. Hussain Fayaz talked on Fithr Eid programme that had been planned for the students. Parents were given time for suggestions. Majority of the parents gave positive comments. Heducare preschool was started on 17 July 2011. Currently 85 students are enrolled in the school and 4 teachers are being employed.
